My daughter is very fond of baking, especially baking cup cakes. Every weekend she forcing me to bake something. She loves doing every steps from mixing ingredients till baking done. Today we prepared a simple vanilla cup cake. This is one of simplest recipe with few ingredients. Do try this recipe with your kid.
Preheat oven to 200 degree C.
Line a muffin tray with cupcake cases.
Take all ingredients in room temperature.
Take butter, sugar in a mixing bowl and by using an electric beater whip for 2 mins till it becomes creamy. Add in eggs and vanilla and beat again.
Now add in Maida, baking soda and baking powder, Use the beater to give a good mix.
Now add in milk and whip again till it is combined well. Don't whip for more time.
Give a good mix by using a spatula.
Now by using an ice cream scoop, scoop the batter and fill the muffin tray. Don't fill too much as they will rise as they bake.
Tap the tray for 5-8 times inorder to avoid air bubbles.
Place the tray in preheated oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Baking time will be changes according to the model of oven.
Take it from the oven and let it cool down completely.
