Do not get confused or tensed with the name guys..! Murgh is the chicken and as the name suggests it is an authentic dish from punjab. The chicken is cooked in a peculiar punjabi spicy gravy with all the unique aroma. I have tasted this dish a year before on one of my trip from a typical punjabi dhaba. The name itself confused me so we ordered it. I should admit my dears it is become one of my best chicken dish from then onwards. I have searched for the recipe all along and i found the authentic recipe and now i would like to share it with all my foodies.
Early the chicken pieces are marinated in an exclusive mix of spices along with yogurt, lemon juice and finely chopped onions and then it slightly fried in ghee/butter. Later the gravy is prepared and mixed together. The creamy gravy is become more excited when the fresh cream is added into it.
