Deciding a healthy and tasty breakfast is always a difficult task for many of the parents like us. I have been there time then i have decided to come up with some interesting easy breakfast dishes for my child. I have tried many varieties of pancakes in my kitchen. Like an usual day when I had to decide a breakfast for her, noticed some fully ripe banana in my shelf. Breakfast with banana alone is may not be easy so I have added some oats to it and made some pancake. Should tell you guys, I never expected it to be much perfect. She loved it and I keep making it. So I thought of sharing that easy ,healthy and tasty recipe for my loveable foodies.
Banana Oats Mini Pancake is a pancake made with banana(preferably the small kind), eggs, powdered oats, sugar and milk. The whole ingredients blended together and pour on butter based pan to make mini sized pancakes.
Grind all ingredients except butter very well. Transfer it to a bowl.
Heat a non stick pan/ tawa and brush it with little butter.
Pour a laddle of batter. Cook for a few minutes on each side low heat. Serve hot. Garnish with sprinkles.
