Fish curry is always a favourite of every seafood lover. This Malabar Style Easy Fish Curry recipe can be prepared by anyone. Steamed rice or appam are the best combination with this easy fish curry.
Soak Tamarind in 1 cup of water and keep it aside, also clean and cut the fish into pieces.
Heat Oil in a Claypot, Splutter Mustard and fenugreek seeds, add curry leaves, Mix well then add Ginger chopped, Garlic chopped, Green chilli chopped and chopped Small onions and saute till row smell gone.
Add Turmeric Powder, Chilly Powder and Coriander Powder and mix well. When the row smell of powders gone add chopped Tomato and saute till it mashed well.
Pour the tamarind extracted pulp with water as required. When the water starts to boil Add the fish pieces and salt as required. Check for the salt.
Cook till fish pices are cooked well, Switch off the flame. You can serve this fish curry with steamed rice, Chappathi, Appam etc.
