Here is a tasty and variety Chicken Fry. This Chicken Curd Fry can prepared at home with easily available ingredients.
Clean and cut chicken into small pieces, Marinate chicken with Chicken, Corn Flour, Maida, Curd, Ginger paste, Garlic paste, Pepper powder and salt , keep it in refrigerator for minimum 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan, carefully place the chicken pieces in it, remove it from the oil within 1 minute (by using a oil strainer), again fry it in the same oil until the chicken cooked well and it turns to slight golden colour.
Serve hot as a side dish or as a starter.
