Today I am sharing an easy recipe with ripe mangoes. This Chakkara Manga is usually preparing with small ripe mangoes. This is a perfect recipe you can try during this mango season. In my home everybody loves its salty sweet flavour. Do try this Chakkara Manga at your home.
Wash the mangoes, remove the stems and make slits on it.
Take 5 jaggery pieces in a saucepan and pour half cup of water, melt it and strain it.
Take washed mangoes, 1 cup water, jaggery syrup, chilly powder and a pinch of salt in a vessel and place it on flame. Once it starts boiling put the flame in low and allow the mangoes to cook for half an hour.
When the gravy's consistency becomes like honey, switch off the flame. Serve it hot or cold as your wish.
