Bread pakoda is one of the best partner for your evening tea and the best lunch snack for the children. Believe me, it is my personal experience. Bread pakora/pakoda is a popular street food which can make in many varieties. It is an easy and tasty variety of bread pakoda where the bread pieces are coated in a batter mix of besan/kadal mavu, rice flour and some other ingredients like onion, green chilly, ginger and some spices to strengthen the flavours.

I have added ajwain for the flavour but it is optional based on availability. You can add vegetables if you want to make it more healthy. But my piece of advice for the taste is to follow the same recipe. This Bread Pakora is a perfect snack for kids. You can check for some other kids snack recipes here.
