Chicken 65/ Restaurant Style Chicken 65 Dry

Chicken 65 is an indo-chinese chicken preparation.You can easily prepare this special restaurant style chicken 65 dry at your home. I’am usually serve this dry chicken 65 as starter or appetizer. But sometimes i used to serve this spicy chicken 65 along with hot fried rice. I’am sure your whole family will love this chicken dish if they love non-veg dishes. If you want to cook something different from usual preparations, this restaurant style chicken 65 dry is a good option. Do try this easy dish using this recipe.

  • Chicken (cut into small pieces) – ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Chili pwd – 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric pwd – ¼ tsp
  • Soy sauce – 1 tsp
  • Corn flour – 1 ½ tbsp
  • Egg white – 1
  • Salt – to taste
  • Onion – 1 (diced)
  • Capsicum – 1 (diced)
  • Chilly powder– ½ tsp
  • Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce – ½ tsp
  • Green chilly – 4
  • Curry leaves
  • Sugar – a pinch
  • Salt – to taste
  • Butter – 3 tbsp

  1. Marinate the chicken with Ginger garlic paste,Chilli powder,Turmeric powder,Soy sauce,Corn flour,Egg white,Salt and keep it aside for about 1 hour.Deep fry it in oil till done and keep it aside.
  2. Heat butter in a pan, add green chilies and curry leaves to it and saute for while. To this, add onion and capsicum and saute for about 2 minutes on high flame.
  3. Add chilli powder and salt and sauté till the raw smell disappear, pour tomato sauce and soy sauce to it and mix well.
  4. Finally add the fried chicken and a pinch of sugar to it, mix well and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes on low flame, Serve hot.

Always try to cook this restaurant style chicken 65 dry on high flame. Chicken 65 taste best hot. I served it with hot egg fried rice. You can also serve it with chappathi,porotta etc.
