Chicken Curd Fry



  • Chicken – 1/2 kg
  • Corn Flour – 2 tbspn
  • Maida – 4 tspn
  • Curd – 4 tspn
  • Ginger paste – 1 tspn
  • Garlic paste – 1 tspn
  • Pepper powder – 1/2 tspn
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying


  1. Clean and cut chicken into small pieces, Marinate chicken with Chicken, Corn Flour, Maida, Curd, Ginger paste, Garlic paste, Pepper powder and salt , keep it in refrigerator for minimum 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, carefully place the chicken pieces in it, remove it from the oil within 1 minute (by using a oil strainer), again fry it in the same oil until the chicken cooked well and it turns to slight golden colour.
  3. Serve hot as a side dish or as a starter.
