Deciding a healthy and tasty breakfast is always a difficult task for many of the parents like us. I have been there time then i have decided to come up with some interesting easy breakfast dishes for my child. I have tried many varieties of pancakes in my kitchen. Like an usual day when I had to decide a breakfast for her, noticed some fully ripe banana in my shelf. Breakfast with banana alone is may not be easy so I have added some oats to it and made some pancakes. Should tell you guys, I never expected it to be much perfect. She loved it and I keep making it. So I thought of sharing that easy ,healthy and tasty recipe for my loveable foodies.
Banana Oats Mini Pancake is a pancake made with banana(preferably the small kind), eggs, powdered oats, sugar and milk. The whole ingredients blended together and pour on butter based pan to make mini sized pancakes.
- Egg – 2
- Banana(small) – 3-4
- Powdered Oats – 3 tbspn
- Sugar – 2 tspn
- Milk – 3 tbspn
- Butter as required
- Grind all ingredients except butter very well. Transfer it to a bowl.
- Heat a non stick pan/ tawa and brush it with little butter.
- Pour a laddle of batter. Cook for a few minutes on each side low heat. Serve hot. Garnish with sprinkles.
