I am trying more fresh juices and milk based drinks to beat the summer days. We all are familiar with the common lemon juice and all are familiar with its tremendous ability to cover the dehydration of body. Today I am planning to make everyones favourite Mint Lime. Mint has been found to have a lot of health benefits if it included in your diet plan. Adding mint is a great way to add flavour to a dish or beverage without adding excessive calories, sugar or sodium. Mint leaves are a tender herb (along with cilantro and basil) that have gentle stems and are best used raw or added at the end of cooking in order to maintain their delicate flavour and texture.
This Mint Lime is a fresh squeezed juice of mint and lemon to beat the hot days. It is a refreshing, coolant for summer. Do try this, You will like it.
